The project aims to strengthen AI literacy and digital readiness among teachers and students in Croatia, Czechia, and Slovakia. The project supports educators in integrating AI into teaching in an ethical, transparent, and responsible way.

Kick-off Meeting
The project’s kick-off meeting took place in Kutina, Croatia, from 02-05.11.2025, bringing together representatives of Srednja škola Tina Ujevića Kutina, Střední odborná škola EDUCAnet Brno, and Obchodná akadémia Senica to kick-start the Erasmus+ Project (2025-1-HR01-KA210-VET-000359037). The two-day meeting laid the foundation for a successful 17-month project.
PA 2: Research on AI usage among
Teachers and Students
The research activity was carried out over four months across three partner countries. During this project phase, three national reports (one for each country) and two consolidated reports were produced, bringing together the findings from students and teachers across the partnership. All reports are available here.
PA 3: Teacher Training
The Teacher Training took place in Brno in March 2026. over five working days, bringing together teachers from all three partner schools. Through interactive workshops and expert-led sessions, participants explored key topics including understanding AI in education, practical AI tools for teachers, designing AI-enhanced lessons, ethics, privacy and digital responsibility, media literacy and misinformation detection, as well as peer collaboration and lesson sharing.
Upcoming phases
AI Teaching Strategies and Digital Resource Library
This virtual activity brings together teachers from all partner schools to develop practical AI teaching strategies and an open-access Digital Resource Library. Based on the project’s research and training outcomes, the activity will result in 10 structured AI lesson plans, 5 classroom case studies, and ethical and practical guidelines to support responsible and effective AI integration in education.
Final Conference – “AI in Schools: What We Learned?”
The Final Conference, “AI in Schools: What We Learned?”, will take place in Kutina, Croatia, in January 2027, marking the conclusion of the Erasmus+ project. It will bring together teachers, school leaders, policymakers and AI education experts to present the project’s key results, including the research findings, AI Teaching Strategies Guide and Digital Resource Library, and to discuss recommendations for responsible and sustainable AI use in schools.
